The Jingler.

The Jingler is a threat that becomes active on September and April, because both are 4 months behind either December 1st, the month that has Christmas, or July, the month that has Christmas in July. It can run at half a mach and rams like a bull. It is sparing with the exception of people who do not gift 1 present to 20 people whom they are closest to. The Jingler gets it's name from the jingles that are inside of the gloves on his "hands" and "feet." This "jingling" does not matter because the Jingler does not need to be stealthy. In fact, it screams to echolocate victims in environments it cannot see. It's scream can locate objects ~2 miles away from it's location.
